An aesthetic and rare, ball-like cluster of intergrown, bladed rosettes of highly lustrous, azure-blue azurite crystals perched on matrix from the well-known finds at the Blue Grotto prospect, La Sal, Utah. Matrix azurite specimens are very uncommon from La Sal, as the balls are nearly always matrix-free. Ex. Dave Stoudt Collection.
