A difficult-to-obtain specimen of superbly lustrous, deep blue Azurite crystals, associated with the rare lead-copper-arsenate-sulfate-hydroxide, Arsentsumebite, that shows BLUE color as opposed to the typical "black blue" color of many such pieces. The flashy Azurite crystals average a bit over 3 cm each, and their platy, intergrown nature make them appear much larger, creating a fabulous, impressive aesthetic. This stepped look is highly unusual, to the norm. A prize for a Tsumeb collector or just a collector of rare (and in this case, pretty!) specimens, as the color contrast to the matrix is awesome. Tsumeb is the Type Locality for Arsentsumebite as a bonus. The crystals are doubly-terminated, as a further bonus.
