Fine, sharply-defined cluster of translucent Quartz crystals from the well-known Christiana Mine. Quartz specimens with big crystals are seemingly uncommon from Lavrion, with the few seen being mostly from this mine. The crystals in this cluster are interestingly and partially tinted by iron oxides, and this coloration provides an attractive complement to the green, moss-like Conichalcite that is on the Quartz. White, subhedral Calcite? adds color and interest to what really is an exceptional small-cabinet specimen. Collected in 2016.
