A magnificent, pristine, sculptural cluster of chalcocites showing a classic "nail head habit" from Cornwall. The technical term for the rare shape of the crystals is tapered pseudo-hexagonal. This piece was exchanged by collector Phil Scalisi from the Fred Pough collection, and is probably from the late 1800s heyday here
