Gemmy, sharp scorodite crystals to 7 mm are nicely scattered on both sides of matrix on this specimen from a BRAND NEW find in China! These dark purple/indigo-blue beauties have textbook, elongated tetragonal form and are accented by brass-yellow sulfides. This is the FIRST new worldwide find of scorodites in many years! This is a major discovery and the gemmy specimens, such as this, were not that common. This is a highly representative piece from the lot, with isolated crystals.
