Looking at this specimen makes me think of skiing in Vermont, the drusy Quartz layer that coats the Calcite is so sparkly (impossible to photograph, it is so fine) and so clean! On top of that, the edges have a very distinct translucent appearance which adds even more to the very fine, stark aesthetics of this piece.
