A 5.0 cm x 3.5 cm, gemmy and lustrous, light steel-blue celestine crystal with a classic chisel termination dominates this fine cabinet specimen from the Sakoany Mine of Madagascar. Sakoany celestines are considered to be amongst the finest in the world and this piece is highly representative of the species and locality. Ex. Tarnowski Collection.
