An extremely rare Mexican specimen featuring sprays of zoisite crystals embedded in massive prehnite - an old specimen that even most Mexico collectors probably have not seen the likes of. The zoisite sprays, to 4 cm, have grown across a vug, and one of them is almost completely freestanding. This old-timer came out of the collection of James Manchester (1871 - 1948) through Florence Pilkington Manchester, and was obtained with other minerals from the estate by a mineral dealer about 10 years ago.
