The Finch Mine, often referred to as the Barking Spider Mine, is famous for its Wulfenite and Quartz combinations. As best I can tell, the botryoidal grey-blue Chalcedony came first in the pockets, with the blades of Wulfenite growing as the Chalcedony finished up (there is some overlap of Chalcedony on Wulfenite, but only a small amount). The Wulfies, which range up to around 6 mm, have intense orange color through the sparkling coverage of quartz. Once that was done, everything was coated with a fine, sparkly druse of microcrystalline Quartz. These combos are extremely aesthetic, and highly sought after. As a bonus, for some reason the Quartz, for whatever reason, is highly fluorescent! Unusual and rare, seldom seen on the market especially in this size.
