I have seen just about everything to come out of Russia over the past few years, but I have not seen ANYTHING like this: absolutely GLASS-CLEAR, (light green) OCTAHEDRONS of fluorite! Measuring to around 2 cm, they sit on a bed of sparkly quartz crystals. Nearly all are pristine. THESE CRYSTALS ARE MUCH BRIGHTER AND PRETTIER In PERSON; they are very difficult to photo! They really do glow! You see a lot of the same things from Dalnegorsk, but occasionally you see a specimen that is truly rare and unique like this. I know nothing about this pocket, how many specimens it produced, or whether there are any others out there. But this is the only one I have seen or had, I can say. 9 x 8 x 6 cm
