Jamesonite is a relatively rare lead, iron, antimony sulfide. Most people are probably familiar with Jamesonite from Mexico or China, but some of the nicest Jamesonite specimens I've seen are from Bolivia. This piece features a very nice, sparkling grey "nest" of Jamesonite needles, and is very good quality for the species. Rarely do you see specimens this size with such great crystallization as this one.
