Sharp, glassy and lustrous, light pastel-green datolite crystals to 1.5 cm cover the matrix on this excellent specimen from Charcas, Mexico. The iridescent golden and bronzy chalcopyrite crystals are a very nice accent. The datolite crystals look like gemstones on this very nearly pristine piece from the Dave Stoudt Collection. Old material.
