A very aesthetic baryte on quartz combination specimen from recent finds at Jinkouhe, China. The sharp, 3.5 cm, glassy, tabular baryte crystal has water-clear faces along with lightly frosted and over-coated faces, which has a very striking effect on both sides of the specimen. The Baryte is set on the angled, two-sided crust covered with water-clear quartz needles. In fact, there is a quartz crystal included in the Baryte. Excellent material from this locality.
