SHARP, freestanding crystals to 5 mm in a protected vug make this a REALLY fine laurionite specimen! One seldom sees such quality on the market. Old piece, ex Bergakademie Freiberg collection (with label). I have last had a good laurionite for sale around the year 2001. Year of Discovery: 1887 at this, the type locality. I would like to quote rarities collector and my consiglieri on such things, Dr. Mark Feinglos: "The laurionite is superb for the locality! Fascinating stuff! This offering is like the definition of classic material. "
