Tried hard to get more specimens of quality from this find at Denver, but there were not many to be had, except for those that had been cherry-picked from the importers and marked up to high dollars. This specimen is covered with sparkling, deep blue crystals, accented by patches of complementing malachite. The malachite, when you look through a loupe, is actually little dark green acicular crystalline balls on a field of lighter malachite! The matrix is layered, giving the specimen a nice dimensionality. 11 x 9 x 4 cm
