A huge, sharp, mostly transparent, doubly-terminated quartz crystal from Arkansas. The index card from the Ruggiero Collection shows Ed Ruggiero to have self-collected it in 1974! There are a couple of little dings on the ends, but fairly trivial relative to the size of this specimen. The contact is on the bottom, so it stands up nicely so that you can see both terminations. 13.2 x 12.0 x 10.8cm
