This is a classic Thunder Bay amethyst, with lustrous, dark purple crystals richly included with hematite - except that its SIZE makes it TRULY exceptional! Except for a couple of dings on the periphery, it is in fine shape, too! It is quite unusual to find a Thunder Bay specimen of this magnitude around; even the smaller ones are prized these days... 18.7 x 15.1 x 5.0cm
