A unique, rare and interesting Connecticut specimen! Light green microcrystalline prehnite was deposited on a sharp quartz point, and if you look at the back, you can see that the quartz crystal is all dissolved away, leaving this perfect cast or perimorph of the quartz crystal, complete with sharp faces! Ex. Dr. Bruce Jarnot collection.
