Surely cornetites show one of the prettiest colors in the mineral kingdom; an incredibly rich deep blue-green; and a sprinkling of microcrystals of malachite and lighter blue cornetite adds even more beauty to this specimen. This is from a now-famous find of 1998 that produced this characteristic style. Cornetites are (sadly) quite few and far between amongst the copper minerals that come out of Shaba Province; and for this reason are snapped up pretty quickly when they do come out. 7.5 x 3.5 x 3.2 cm
