A dramatic, large, heart-shaped, flattened hematite crystal dominates this striking specimen of splendent, metallic-gray, parallel-growth hematite crystals from the Wessels Mine of South Africa. It is large - 2 pounds in weight. This makes it a major specimen for the species. This showy, two-sided piece is nearly a floater.
