Beautiful robin's-egg blue chrysocolla with a hint of green and moderate luster coats the bubby, botryoidal, banded malachite on matrix on this fine specimen from the Star of the Congo Mine. This excellent piece has nice aesthetics with the traces of starkly contrasting, sparkly, green malachite on the fringe. Ex. Wesley Stark Collection.
