Highly lustrous, royal-blue to midnight-blue, parallel-growth azurite blades richly cover both sides of this fine specimen from recent finds in Mexico. The malachite matrix is a nice compliment to the richness of the piece. Highly representative and rich for the species and locale. Ex. Tarnowski Collection.
