Elegant, gemmy to translucent crystal of Elbaite Tourmaline from Paprok. It has everything you want in a Tourmaline from here. It is a rich pink grading to a light grass green at the gemmy termination. The multi-peaked termination is architectural, and the luster is excellent top to bottom. Save for the base, of course, the crystal is complete and uncontacted all the way around, and can be displayed from any angle. Good size, too - not a wimpy crystal at all, and will hold its own in most collections. Hefty, with a mass of 213 grams (about half a pound).
