Perfect floater! Resembling the letter "T," this stunning metallic pseudomorph of hematite after magnetite features several sharp, very lustrous, octahedrons to 2.5 cm across perched on an elognated stalk. There is also evidence of incipient hopper growth on this floater specimen. But, overall, for the size it is remarkable in that the octohedra are not hoppered as so many larger ones have been in the past, from this deposit. One of the more impressive examples for the size I have seen. This is a pristine floater, complete all around, with better luster in person than appears here.
