Over the last two years, some top "Alpine"-type Anatase and Brookite specimens have been trickling out of Pakistan. The Anatase crystals from this locality rival some of the best Norwegian crystals for the top luster, deep inky-blue color and incredible sharpness. In fact, I have somewhat of a preference towards the Pakistan Anatases because they're not heavily striated like most from Norway that Ive seen. This piece features a beautiful 7 mm, razor sharp, highly lustrous, deep inky-blue color, doubly-terminated tetragonal prism of Anatase sitting atop a Quartz and Albite matrix. 7.7 x 4.5 x 4.0cm
