Cornetite is a rare hydrated copper phosphate. This very fine, vuggy specimen in chrysocolla matrix is very richly lined with scintillating, vivid teal blue cornetite microcrystals. A striking and beautiful combination specimen. This fine piece is from a new find at the type locality - the Star of Congo Mine.
