This nicely balanced small cabinet specimen of Rogerley Mine fluorite displays numerous, dramatic, richly saturated, green, twinned crystals with uniform color and excellent luster. Crystals composing the transparent, dark green fluorite twins range from 1.2 to 2.3 cm on edge and locally exhibit cloudy white patches near edges and corners for contrast. The outstanding crystals are set on a small amount of brownstone matrix. Definitely more gemmy and dramatic in person than the photos indicate. All crystals in excellent condition with only minor contacting around the bottom periphery. Comes with a custom engraved acrylic base.
