A first-rate Mordenite specimen from Jalgaon. The Mordenite balls are nicely balanced across the Amethyst pocket, giving the specimen fine balance to go along with the beautiful contrast in color. The Mordenites have excellent definition, where you can actually see the terminations of the fine needles that comprise each ball, the largest of which is 1.3 cm across. The Mordenite even has a fine white fluorescence. Ex. Charlie Key.
