A sharp 1.6-cm-long red beryl crystal in matrix from the old finds, with the classic saturated intense color that these are world-famous for. Red beryl occurs in only a few places in the world, with the best finds in Utah! The color is unique, and they are highly sought after. This sharp crystal is well balanced on the matrix, and presents as a fine thumbnail sized specimen. The deposit is for all intents and purposes, gone and buried.
