A rare and excellent cluster of gemmy, lustrous pseudo-hexagonal, brown, spindle-shaped parasite-(Ce) crystals from the Snowbird Mine of Montana. The large crystal is 1.1 cm and they are embedded in limestone matrix. Parisite is a rare, rare-earth carbonate and the Snowbird Mine is a rare earth pegmatite. Old, seldom seen material, with most production in 1955-56.
