Although seemingly small, this is really quite a nice little treasure. Not only does this cumengeite crystal have the TOP blue color saturation, and relatively high luster, but it is untwinned. Most cumengeite found is formed as a twinned growth atop boleite. This crystal is a primary, untwinned, doubly-terminated crystal. Ex. Ron Pellar thumbnail collection. Joe Budd photos.
