Sharp and very attractive Carlsbad Twin of Microcline. The twin is 4 x 3.5 cm, and the luster and form are quite exceptional. The edges and faces are smooth and sharp to the point of looking polished - that's how good this crystal is. It looks like porcelain! It has a very good translucence, whereas most of these look like "rocks." This is one of the best examples of a single, classic white Microcline feldspar that I have seen, particularly in its size range
