A 2.0 x 1.9 cm, beautiful, sharp, lustrous, burnt-orange scheelite crystal with striking, yellow-orange gemmy highlights near the termination is aesthetically set on a matrix plate of muscovite on this fine specimen from finds at Mt. Xuebaoding, China. These scheelites are generally considered to be the finest in the world and this is a textbook example. Older and early material from the late 1980s to mid 1990s, as the piece comes with a Ken Roberts label. Outstanding white fluorescence.
