A year or so ago specimens from a single, bizarre find of sensationally iridescent and shiny limonite, were found in China. Most of the specimens were ugly, but a few had this unbelievable glitz and dazzle to them. This is a BIG specimen from the find, made up of hundreds of these little shimmering botryoidal forms with green and red hues. It is a LOT prettier in person!
