This matrix specimen hosts a 1.8 cm crystal that, in geologic time, had at some point been stressed and broken, allowing the ends to move apart in the matrix. However, it IS terminated and it IS a lot of red beryl for the price. If the crack bothers you, you can always remove the bottom and smaller portion anyhow. 5.5 x 3.8 x 3 cm
