A beautifully-formed modified octahedron of fluorite, mined last year at the Nikolaevsky Mine. The crystal is complete on top and all the way around, save for the underside of one corner which is contacted; the back of the crystal is the matrix contact. The faces have the pebbly surface characteristic of recent fluorite finds there, and modifications include bevels and flat terminations which give a view into the gemmy interior. MUCH MORE CLEAR AND TRANSPARENT In PERSON, AS THE CLARITY MAKES LIGHT REFLECT AND IT APPEARS MURKIER In THE PIC THAN In REAL LIFE. 6 x 5.5 x 4 cm
