This color phase of grossular garnet is most unusual. Almost always, the species is included with a chromophore - the Jeffrey is the only mine I am aware of in which this is not the case and even there, it is very rare to find clear grossies - much less of this size! This specimen features several gemmy dodecahedrons up to a full 1 cm across. 3.9 x 3.2 x 2.1 cm
