This is an incredibly rare and unusual combination specimen from the mines more famous for Vanadinite, in Morocco. Over a dozen Baryte rosettes between 1.5 to 2.5 cm across display a creamy colored interior with vibrant, rusty red highlights and are associated with numerous, 2 mm to 1 cm, square, platy, transparent Wulfenite crystals in the central portion of the piece between the Baryte balls. From the famous location for Vanadinites, this is perhaps the one pocket without Vanadinites that was ever really notable for their absence. Surreal and beautiful, these are unique specimens and beautiful Barytes. A unique combo, totally unlike from anywhere else. Old material, perhaps from the 1990s. Ex Bob Reynolds Collection
