A gemmy, doubly terminated, light blue, flattened sapphire crystal. This classic, striated Ratnapura crystal has excellent luster. Very nearly pristine, with only super trivial edge wear, which barely noticeable. You do not see very many of these on the market anymore. Very representative of the species and locality. Ex. George Elling Collection.
