Lazurite, more commonly known as lapis lazuli, rarely forms good euhedral crystals. This one has a sharp crystal of 2.5 cm on it. It seems at first glance to have a matrix contact on one side, but evidently this chunk came away from the host matrix at some point, allowing small pyrite and muscovite crystals to form on that "back" side of the crystal.
