Phillipsite is a fairly rare member of the Zeolite family that at times can have calcium, or potassium, or sodium as its chief constituent. The Phillipsite is found coating brecciated basalt, and the mm-size crystals form botryoidal clusters up to 4 mm across. These spheres are snow white, and lustrous. There may also possibly be Gismondine, another Zeolite, associated with it. This is quite a good specimen for the locality, in terms of display surface and just the amount of "sparkle" on the crystals overall.
