Japan-law twin quartz is very rare from the mines at Dal'negorsk, Russia. This fine plate features a 3.3 cm wide, Japan-law quartz twin set in the myriad of quartz crystals that are all preferentially dusted with iron oxides. The piece was recovered from the 2nd Sovietskiy Mine in 2007.
