Sharp and lustrous franklinite crystals to 1.4 cm nicely clustered on contrasting milky-white marble from the famous Sterling Mine of New Jersey. Two of the crystals are bruised as are so many of this soft old mineral, but this remains a highly representative and not commonly available specimen of the species.
