A sparkling, gorgeous, small cabinet specimen that has a typical Andreasberg matrix draped by sharp crystals of pink apophyllite. Very rare even in the heyday of this silver district. German pink apophyllites have always been desired among collectors for their rarity. This piece is aesthetic and boasts an apophyllite crystal of 1.9cm! Rare on the market, and certainly from the 1800s heyday of this super historic silver-mining district. We only see a few of these ever come up for sale from the oldest collections.
