A sharp 4.2-cm aegirine crystal, doubly-terminated and highly lustrous, sits atop a similarly sized doubly-terminated, lustrous, and gemmy smoky quartz crystal in an unlikely survival. This is a superb miniature which displays the aegirine to maximum effect. It is pristine and much more 3-dimensional in person than the photo conveys.
