This is a doubly-terminated complete floater with no visible points of attachment. It exhibits the beautiful octahedral form of cuprite which has been pseudomorphed to lustrous malachite. A rarity one might first think was from Onganja in Namibia, but is not. We bought these from the mining engineer of this remote mine, little known for specimens.
