Kongsbergite is the mercurian variety (about 5%) of Silver. This rich, sculptural and aesthetic leaf Silver plate of Kongsbergite has a superb luster and patina. Equally attractive from either side, this small cab could be displayed multiple ways. Certainly one of the nicest Kongsbergites that I have seen for this size, from a relatively recent find in the mid 2000s.
