Nambulite is one of the rarest of the rare species in display quality crystal form, and the best crystals came from only a small pocket found in a wildcat dig site near the Kombat Mine, in the early 1970s. At that time, collector John Barlow bought the majority of the pocket including this thumbnail crystal. I have NOT seen the material for sale in ANY quality or size since the Barlow collection was dispersed, and this is a specimen I sold back at that time (1999) and have recently bought back again. It is so incredibly rare; most folks will never own any. Joe Budd photos
