This divergent fan-like cluster of azurite crystals is superb. The crystals are large, lustrous, well formed, and exhibit a deep, purple-blue color. WHEN BACKLIT, THEY ARE TRANSLUCENT, especially at the edges! The display side is nearly pristine with only the tiniest bruise at the lower left corner of the termination of the largest crystal. The back side is equally as fine, as close to perfect as you can really ask for in such a freestanding azurite specimen. I have it in a custom lucite base for safe display. It is PHENOMENALLY dramatic in a showcase and sparkles with glassy luster that just does not come through here! Overall, this is certainly one of the best Touissit azurites specimens I have seen.p>
