Prehnite
A large, artistic cabinet piece composed of hundreds of mint green prehnite spheres. The prehnite spheres are translucent with a satiny luster and are pretty much a uniform 4.0 mm in size throughout. This is a solid mass of densely packed, small prehnite orbs in the core that emerge as ridges, clefts and hollow areas of more sculptural prehnite at the exterior. This piece is an atypical prehnite specimen from ANYWHERE with more character than the usual plates of prehnite, and also happens to come from a very rare old East Coast locale -- in Connecticut! Large, pretty, and interesting for the species and for the USA.
